Jacob Lowenthal, a partner of the firm since its founding in 1983, is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master in Business Administration with a specialty in business transactions and cross border Israel / U.S. international tax structuring, planning, and reporting.

Mr. Lowenthal has been involved with tax planning strategies for Israeli start-ups, real estate, manufacturing, and service organizations and setting up operations in the U.S.

Mr. Lowenthal and the Firm’s Israeli office professionals play key roles within each of the companies branching out to the U.S. market, assisting in the creation, formation and strategies relating to establishing the accounting and tax platforms for their U.S. subsidiaries, as well as working closely with the Israeli parent companies.

Mr. Lowenthal is routinely requested to be a panelist and presenter at tax and accounting conferences in Israel directed at owners, shareholders, CEOs, CFOs, controllers, Israeli CPAs and attorneys, and of organizations with presence in the U.S. or with the intention of creating a presence in the U.S.
